Brilliant customer service when dealing with issues/mistakes. Mick, who I spoke with on the phone was sincere and apologetic when he heard of the mix up that my fridge wasn’t going to be delivered today. I had ordered food to be delivered from Woolworths tomorrow that had to be refrigerated so if I didn’t get the fridge we would have been screwed and out of food till Tuesday. The boss made sure it was delivered this afternoon and by himself personally. Can’t not thank them all enough!

Dealt with Michael in the bedding section, and what an absolute gem, I have dealt with salesmen in this store before, but have never received such a wonderful, knowledgeable experience. I did buy a bedroom suite from Michael, because it was an absolute pleasure to deal with someone so genuine.
