We chose soundless vinyl planks from the large range in the show room. Harry answered all our questions and then came round and measured up and they were fitted at a time of our choosing. Ok we purchased a fridge on day of lockdown. Andrew from Morayfield was like superman. Nothing was too much trouble. We organised delivery on the Saturday and the fridge was delivered and then were told the delivery guys could not take our old fridge and said get a refund, after we paid to have them to take away. Because of covid they said and left with our old fridge sitting in our 2 storey house. We rang Andrew, again he was so helpful and said he will get someone to pickup old fridge. They just came and we acting quiet and one was so rude to my husband. My hubby thanked him and he just grunted. He did'nt have the decency to say sorry I damaged your concrete step. Very poor after service and I don't blame the morayfield store but am sad at the off behaviour of these guys.
