Really impressed with the customer service from Shane. He spent well over an hour going through all the different carpet options and explaining the products, which was really helpful. I was 100% happy with the carpet once it was installed, and the installation crew did a fantastic job too. The team at Delta Floorworld really know their products and are so easy to deal with. Would definitely recommend!

Super impressed with the after sales service. We had a bit of an issue with the original lino laying contractor who had rushed the job, so we went back to Wayne to get it sorted. He sent out his best guy to relay the new lino and made sure our concerns were treated as a priority. The communication was excellent throughout and Wayne kept us updated on the progress. Really appreciate the effort to get everything sorted properly.
