Absolutely atrocious. Burying your head in the sand when a problem arises will work most of the time but there will come the one time when it will backfire...and backfire properly!!!!

Called in first thing in am, was greeted with big smile and can do attitude. Received quote then placed my order and was informed order would be ready by lunch "unreal". Sure enough I called in at lunch and it was ready. I recommend this business and staff as this type of service is very rare. Many thanks.
