“John, Josh and Adam worked their magic to turn my old tile roof to a luscious tin roof. John was very knowledgeable, he was honest and genuinely cared about his customer (me), he didn't treat me differently because of my gender, like previous tradies have. John responded promptly to my phone calls and was also apologetic when he couldn't answer his phone calls. Josh and Adam were always respectful coming on and off my property. John is a professional and has trained his crew with high standards. I cannot recommend John and his crew highly enough. So grateful for the amazing transformation on my house. 10/10 for this crew.”

Southern Cross Roof PlumbingAll I can say is that Christmas came early this year. Yesterday the hot water tank went on the fritz. After doing the usual troubleshooting it was obvious I needed a plumber. By sheer chance we had visitors at the house, one of which gave me Pipe Masters phone number. I talked to Lachlan and even though he was clear out in Nimbin he assured me he would stop by in the afternoon (it was nearly noon when I called). Lachlan showed up about 3:30. After troubleshooting the unit Lachlan informed me what the problems were and and fixed the unit. Wrapped in courtesy, knowledge and integrity, this is one Christmas gift I am keeping.
