We had been looking for a tradesman for roof restorations for 3 months, and could not find one who would come to quote. One in Nelson Bay said he needed a passport to come to our town, and didn't turn up. One in town said that he was too busy, but would come to have a look, and didn't turn up. Another one said he would come to have a look after delivering his son to school, but never showed. We also tried ringing others in vain.
