Two weeks after being told I would be given a quote for a new Colorbond roof very soon as they were going to my area, I rang and asked what was happening. The employee who answered couldn’t even tell me when they were able to give me any idea when they would be able to do the quote. All I got was excuses. Poor organisation. If they can’t organise a quote within a reasonable time what hope have they got of doing the job right. Try elsewhere.
