A house in our street 2 doors down from us was broken into the night of the storm, 2 high performance vehicles were taken, the thieves removed/cut through the security screens and this happened whilst the owners were in bed! We had our roller doors installed yesterday , yes it did take a little longer than expected and we had to ring them and not the other way around, a little disappointing. But on the upside we are extremely happy with our doors and the workmanship, very professional and very well done. We chose the NEO doors and they look amazing. Thank you Jason

Old roller door motor stopped working and expected to be up for a new motor, and would have then needed two as we didn't want two lots of controls for side by side doors. They could have easily just changed out the motors, but they took the time to investigate and found a cooked gecko in the motor, changed the power supply and serviced both doors, saving me about $800. Good old fashioned service, and will call them again when the motor finally dies properly.
