Roller door cable broke phoned up 2 hrs later here to fix it very quick response.my gripe is I priced cables 2 for $30 but not to mechanical minded through I should get experts in.1/2 hr cables in and door working again great but charged me $260 I know call out fees labour cost ect.but 1/2 hr work 2 men $30 odd dollars for cable are they hiring men out at 100/ hour each? I think maybe a bit excessive.5 star for promptness 5 star for lads jobs 1 star for price.

My husband paid for an item that required our Ute to transport. He told them the day I would collect the item. The website states that Best Doors is open until 5pm. I arrived at 4:30 pm, after travelling 50+ kms & nobody was on site. No phone call advising they were closing early!! No apology when I returned to collect another day!! Extremely poor customer service & a disappointing experience.
