We had marine-grade carpet laid on our outdoor area from Carpet Court. However, we had an issue with our carpet such that it required replacing. We spoke to Brendon at the Burleigh Heads branch and he handled everything. Brendon liaised with the supplier to replace the carpet; he organised the warranty claim; and the laying of the new carpet. The carpet layers were so efficient, it was done without any fuss. We highly recommend Brendon to anyone wishing to organise their flooring. His customer service was exceptional.

After my last review Dan contacted me to apologise about the problem I was having not being able to open my shutters as they had been installed without a pelmet which meant they wouldn't open.fortunately they have now been fixed and I'm very happy after 2 years I have a view of the coast through both my bedroom windows.
