I live here at Birubi Sands with my husband. The village is great pet friendly, has a great social atmosphere if this is your thing, I've been here 5 years and only had one dispute over rent increases that was resolved to everyone's benefit. Management very approachable .

Birubi Sands
Being a resident now for 4 years I have found is very friendly with plenty of social activities. I can walk over the amazing dunes to Birubi beach. My favorite cafe is right on the beach. Anna Bay shops are walking (15 mins) distance. We are very central to all the facilities in the area. 15 minutes to Nelson Bay. The airport is 20 mins away. Bus out the front. Best of all Bunnings is 5 minutes down the road. What more could you want!

I live at Birubi Sands and I love it here! The people are absolutely wonderful, friends are made easily and the social life is next to none! Only once have we gone to the Tribunal over rents, not regularly, as implied in the previous message! Anywhere you live there are life's ups and downs but, I would not live anywhere else; even if I have to clean sand off the deck a few weeks a year; after all, we are so close to the beach!
