I did not receive a reply to my email sent 4/07/19 wherein I requested that Garden Village Administration send me brochures and information. I await the correspondence in the mail. I thought for clarity they may have acknowledged my email by reply & confirmed that information is in the mail so I'm left wondering if they received my correspondence.

After I was no longer to care for my mum I began the journey of finding and aged care facility for her. After weeks of phone calls due to a lack of placements here in Port Macquarie for mums requirements and no idea of what to expect after hearing many horror RSL life care returned my call with an available room and bed for her. It was mine winning lotto. Almost 12 months on and I couldn’t be happier with care mum is rec eiving. Fresh meals - not catered food bought in pre prepared and reheated but real fresh food. The staff are excellent. Great communication with admin. Regular updates and meetings means I have a say in mums care plan too. After all my doubts and fears I couldn’t be happier. They really do cater for the individual needs of their residents.
