Unlike many others that seem to be forced to undergo total reincarnation in the name of progress, this pub offers all the amenities you would expect without going over the top. There is plenty of space in each of the various areas of the hotel—be it dining lounge/s, beer garden/outside dining, bar, TAB and more. The menu is terrific, beer and other choices are many and varied, and staff friendly and welcoming. A great place to enjoy a quiet drink, meet with friends or take the family. The hotel maintains a down to earth, "local" feel about it, which is increasingly rare and makes it a great pub.

Lachlan says the food can be pricey but still worth it. Their pecking duck is great. He cannot believe that this Chinese restaurant in Albury is better than the ones that have been around for 30 plus years. He highly recommends the pack deal on the back of the takeout menu for value.

The atmosphere at Blind Freddy's Café is very 1950s American with a motorcycles theme. They serve excellent food, and the barista excels at making some of the finest coffee that I myself, as a barista, have tasted. Their iced mocha and flat white, which my husband had, were on point. The Eggs Benedict and waffles were also amazing, and the service was great.

Lachlan says the food can be pricey but still worth it. Their pecking duck is great. He cannot believe that this Chinese restaurant in Albury is better than the ones that have been around for 30 plus years. He highly recommends the pack deal on the back of the takeout menu for value.

Unlike many others that seem to be forced to undergo total reincarnation in the name of progress, this pub offers all the amenities you would expect without going over the top. There is plenty of space in each of the various areas of the hotel—be it dining lounge/s, beer garden/outside dining, bar, TAB and more. The menu is terrific, beer and other choices are many and varied, and staff friendly and welcoming. A great place to enjoy a quiet drink, meet with friends or take the family. The hotel maintains a down to earth, "local" feel about it, which is increasingly rare and makes it a great pub.

This place is not too loud, plus their Thai food is fantastic. The staff here are really polite. Lovely place to dine in!

The atmosphere at Blind Freddy's Café is very 1950s American with a motorcycles theme. They serve excellent food, and the barista excels at making some of the finest coffee that I myself, as a barista, have tasted. Their iced mocha and flat white, which my husband had, were on point. The Eggs Benedict and waffles were also amazing, and the service was great.
