Some 6-7 weeks ago we contacted Active Solar & Gas (ASG) because our solar hot water system was not functioning. (ASG originally installed our solar hot water system over 10 years ago.)
We were impressed by ASG's same-day response which included initial diagnosis and a "stop-gap" solution to the problem. ASG said that they would assess their forthcoming work commitments and set a return date to carry out permanent repairs.
Unfortunately, nothing has happened since. We emailed ASG on 21 April to see whether they had overlooked us / were planning to return and rectify our problem. We also asked them to provide an alternative service provider in the event that they were unable to assist us.
We have had no response.
Until this current issue ASG provided prompt communication and reliable service. Currently however, we are disappointed by ASG's apparent lack of regard for us as long-term customers.
