I offer personalised Sports and Remedial Therapies for the treatment and prevention of musculoskeletal Pain and Injuries, including Pregnancy and post surgical scarring. While Deep Tissue Massage is integral to each treatment, I use a range of modalities which include Myofascial release incorporating Myofascial Cupping, Cold Laser and other advanced soft tissue techniques.
