John is an experienced professional and has been my first choice for many years when my body needs a therapeutic massage. All the other masseurs from this practise have delivered a good massage as well. It is easy to access their car park and to park your car, therefore, convenient location with a desired end result.

Peter McIntyre from Thirroul Physio, who is an avid cyclist himself, was fantastic at explaining what could be the problems he asked great questions and did some tests, worked the area and has given me some exercises & stretches to do. I'm taking my bike in next week to put on the trainer so he can check my setup and make sure that's not causing the problem. The knee pain has been replaced by sore muscles from the massage and stretching, what a great feeling good pain again!
