The Fountainhead Retreat is a recovery retreat for people suffering stress-related mental health issues. It is situated on a certified organic, old avocado orchard, located in the Hinterland of the Sunshine Coast, Queensland. Established in 2002, the centre has delivered effective programs to over 6,000 clients from Australia and around the world. Our specialist staff provides holistic programs for stress-induced conditions, specifically anxiety, depression, drug addiction, alcoholism, eating disorders and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).
