Shannon is an experienced Physiotherapist and has been granted the title of Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist by the Australian Physiotherapy Association (APA). He graduated with a bachelor degree of physiotherapy from James Cook University and has gone on to complete his postgraduate Masters of Manual Therapy through the University of Western Australia. Shannon has worked with patients right across the lifespan within the hospital, musculoskeletal outpatient and aged care settings. He has experience traveling with the North Queensland Masters Indoor Cricket Team and is the under 18's NSW combined high schools rugby league physiotherapist for their Australian Championships in 2016. He has also been involved in the clinical supervision of undergraduate physiotherapy students and professional supervision to newly graduated physiotherapists. Shannon has a particular interest in the assessment and management of: - Neck pain, headaches - Spine and pelvic pain. - Joint injuries - Tendinopathies/ over-use injuries - Chronic/persistent pain disorders. He brings with him a passion for health and activity and is eager to assist and guide his patients to take control of their condition.
