Lives Lived Well provides support for people in Queensland, New South Wales and South Australia who are being impacted by alcohol or drugs or problems with mental health. We aim to take a holistic, compassionate and harm minimisation approach to help people live their lives well. Our community supports are free to access, and we also provide low-cost live-in services. Mums Get Active! help mums get back into shape through group classes or personal training.

Working in private practice allows me the privilege of supporting many people, from all walks of life, presenting a variety of different issues and concerns. What therapy offers is a safe place to explore the past and look forward to the future, or to explore what might be happening in the present. I offer a therapeutic relationship, empathy, non-judgement, and I come from a stance of curiosity. I ask questions that help clients broaden their perspective which fosters new hope. I work collaboratively so clients feel empowered and can create a positive change in their lives. ​ When working with clients I integrate a variety of different methods and interventions. I hold a Bachelor's Degree in Counselling from the Australian College of Applied Psychology. I hold registration with the Australian Counselling Association and hold additional qualifications and training such as, Narrative therapy, Trauma training, Youth mental health and many more. I am also a Mental Health First Aid Instructor which allows me opportunity to equipped people with the knowledge and confidence to recognise, connect and respond to someone experiencing a mental health problem or mental health crisis.
