After injuring my back at work and being in pain for over 3 months despite seeing another physio I was convinced I would have to live with this pain forever. Julie proved me wrong, she did a complete injury analysis, came up with a thorough treatment plan with a timeline of differing treatments, home stretches, and exercises to strength up all my muscle loss from being immobile for so long. She has decades of experience and puts so much care into her treatments.
