Isnt it nice to deal with Professionals. Our new ducted air con wasn't cheap but it sure makes life comfortable. We had some minor issues that were quickly sorted out by Kevin. The Team are friendly and know what their doing. I couldn't recommend them highly enough.

Nigel arrived, diagnosed the problem, fixed it straight aeway - oxy welded a leaking pipe , regassed the system and fixed the electronics. Had a visit from another firm and they look like amateurs compared to Nigels 35 year experience! He worked non stop. Not like some tradies with millions of phone calls taking ages and all on your time! Thanks Nigel.

The team from Newcastle Air & Refrigeration are absolute professionals. When the heat wave hit two weeks ago and our a/c stopped working, Josh responded quickly to my call for help. Within 24 hours, he’d been to assess the problem and sourced new parts within a few days. The replacement job was done soon after and the team were very accommodating to work around our schedule.
