Called back within minutes, no long wait for my system to be serviced. Arrived a little earlier then booked, very happy about that. Very friendly, well mannered, talk me through what was need. Great attention to detail, all done in a very timely manner. Really couldn't be happier with, not only the technician but the service. Lot more affordable then I first thought.

Mackies installed our stand-alone system a few years ago and it works great. Since then, I have had them instal a smaller system on a shed, do some annual maintenance and software upgrades which costs about the same annually as the daily grid connection charge and I don't get any other bill for the energy I use! They even did a service on my backup generator. They can monitor my system remotely and it is set up to suit our needs. If the batteries are low but not critically low over night, the backup generator is programmed to start at a respectable time in the morning. I feel totally confident that I have a more reliable power system than anything a power authority could offer and that Mackies will be there to assist when called upon to assist. Had a little hiccup to begin with but on saying that they were very apologetic when they realised what had happened. Service received was great and everything regarding what was replaced, explained clearly. I would certainly use Ethical Electrical & Refrigeration again

Bec very effectively organic the ordering delivery of new unit organised a plumber (thanks Bruce McKechnie) with the electricians all working in together to get the job done and all rubbish removed Great job as always everyone.
