Isnt it nice to deal with Professionals. Our new ducted air con wasn't cheap but it sure makes life comfortable. We had some minor issues that were quickly sorted out by Kevin. The Team are friendly and know what their doing. I couldn't recommend them highly enough.

Nigel arrived, diagnosed the problem, fixed it straight aeway - oxy welded a leaking pipe , regassed the system and fixed the electronics. Had a visit from another firm and they look like amateurs compared to Nigels 35 year experience! He worked non stop. Not like some tradies with millions of phone calls taking ages and all on your time! Thanks Nigel.

The team from Newcastle Air & Refrigeration are absolute professionals. When the heat wave hit two weeks ago and our a/c stopped working, Josh responded quickly to my call for help. Within 24 hours, he’d been to assess the problem and sourced new parts within a few days. The replacement job was done soon after and the team were very accommodating to work around our schedule. Would thoroughly recommend this business.

I contacted Raisbeck to help me out of a sticky situation I was in. I needed my A/C unit moved so that I could replace pavers underneath it. They were extremely accommodating and arranged for Ethan to come to my home that Friday morning to disconnect and move the unit. I managed to finish the paving over the weekend and Ethan was back at my place promptly on Tuesday morning to service the unit and re-position it back in place. I cannot speak more highly of the service that I received from Raisbeck, from Ethan who was a fantastic, friendly and very professional Technician, to Cathy who was a gem in the office. I wouldn't think of using any other provider to maintain my ducted A/C system.

Recently contacted Raisbeck to perform a service as well as shift my A/C unit so that I could lay new pavers underneath. I was pleasantly surprised and impressed with the level of service provided not only by the highly professional technician (Ethan) but also the wonderful Team in the office. Ethan showed up at the scheduled time, letting me when he’d arrive and was extremely professional, friendly, and accommodating. I will need to have someone from Raisbeck come back to finish off the job, by moving my unit back into place, but I’m certain I’ll receive the same wonderful service. I cannot recommend Raisbeck enough. Nice to have a local company providing such excellent service in the Newcastle and Lake Macquarie areas.

I was in need of an upgraded ducted air conditioning unit and they gave me the best price, prompt and quality service and a great product with good advice.
