After a problem with our eight year fridge which needed a very hard to get part these people bent over backwards for us. excellent service

We had to call Alex recently to fix a problem with our heat pump water heater because we had no hot water. He arrived at our house within an hour, as he promised, and fixed the problem to ensure we had hot water available. His service rates were also very reasonable. We could not ask for more than that.

I recently purchased my first home and I required some electrical work to be completed. I knew I needed a few things to be done however I had an experienced electrician come out. I phoned Chadwick Air & Electrical and spoke to Feleena in the office and then set up a time for a Tech to come out to assist me. Peter popped in and we discussed the items on my to do list and I also sought his professional opinion. With the house being quite old it required an upgrade to the switchboard before I could even commence the other items. The work was all organised through Feleena and was seamless, I couldn't have asked for more efficient service. The jobs I had completed by Peter and Jacob were very neat and of high quality. They were also a pleasure to have around the house and any mess made was cleared before departure. One extremely happy customer here, and once I save some more money for my renovations I will have Chadwick Air & Electrical back to organise an Air Conditioning installation.
