“Coming from a very cold hospital room, having been pumped full of cold chemo for the past 7 hours, I was so looking forward to warm home!! No such luck - all sorts of flashing lights, Error this and that and a solution: call a specialist! I did, Richard who was just leaving work (Friday night) to go home, however, he made a detour and in the dark with just torch he fixed it! Apparently there was a surge earlier in the day and the older models (mine's very much older) tend to throw a hissy after a surge... It would have been a very cold weekend!!! Thank you Richard for your kindness and time - living in the Bay I am sometimes overwhelmed with the kindness of strangers!!!”
