For more than two years, I have been attending the Inflow Caloundra studio and it’s been a highlight of my new life on the Sunshine Coast. The community vibe here is awesome and like nothing I’ve experienced anywhere else. But aside from the wonderful connections I’ve made, my focus for the past year has been on improving my technique. To that end, I’ve found all instructors at Inflow to be totally dedicated professionals who guide everyone in how to perform each posture correctly and who take the time to explain how to get there. I’m so grateful to Carla, Jules, Leah, Clare and the rest of the team for making my fitness journey so enjoyable as well as helping me to achieve excellent results. I can’t recommend this studio highly enough!

This woman is seriously magic. Never before have a had a treatment that is both so so relaxing as well as physically healing. The massage with hot stones was beautiful, you all really need to do this, but Rebekah goes beyond just a vegie massage, she's professional and knowledgeable and asked the right questions to really be able to help me. I've had problems with my jaw for years with a painful click when I yawn and a couple of times dislocating but since the dry needling (which I was very reluctant to have done at first) I can honestly say it hasn't bothered me since.
