My emotional experience with going to Soo: In the past few months I have had a great deal more joy in my life on an ongoing basis. I have experienced a number of different modalities with Soo - Hypnotherapy, NLP, and more recently EDMR. I found the EDMR in particular generate energy throughout my body - my body was very activated by it. In about the past six months I noticed that I wasn't experiencing life as such an ongoing emotional struggle with handling general tasks etc. I feel that the Hypnotherapy, NLP, and the EDMR have contributed greatly to my life feeling like less of a struggle, which in turn has contributed to the increase in the joy that I have been experiencing on generally an ongoing daily basis. I am experiencing life totally differently, and it is wonderful!
