Community Solutions is a unique, not-for-profit community service organisation which recognises the significant and sustainable outcomes that can be achieved when the resources of communities, business, government and individuals are brought together to target issues of concern and opportunity in regional communities.

Ideal Placements is a not-for-profit organisation dedicated to offering support and employment service to the Whitsundays community. We have more than 80 years experience in providing employment services and training to those who are ready to work but are a disadvantage. Our staff assist clients living with a disability, making the transition from school to work, Indigenous and Torres Strait Islanders and conforming back into society after prison. All of our services are funded by the government and include resume building and interview support, apprenticeships and traineeships, NDIS and employment consultations. We understand that there are circumstances for these members of our community that may make it difficult to obtain employment, which is why it is our mission to assist them in finding work that will accommodate them.
