Absolutely abominable service from Clinto and Richard, never regarded us as genuine buyers despite bidding at auction, provided no information at all, couldn't even provide a price range. Failed to educate the vendor despite being required to exchange at auction and when the property did sell, vendor couldn't even exchange and the after 3 months of the property being on the market, pulled the property despite signing legal contracts. Shocking service, lied, played smoke and mirrors - are exactly the type of agents that give the industry such a bad name! Disgraceful

Glenn was extremely thorough in his report which was very easy to understand - with excellent photo’s, covering every potential issue. He was also very pleasant to deal with, and very helpful.
