this would have to be THE worst real estate i have dealt with , my property was damaged ,and filthy , there was not enough money left in bond to cover the cleaning costs ,nearly every fly screen was maliciously damaged , carpet was damaged ,the tenant left old broken lounges .AND the property has not had a property inspection since 02/04/2019 .they blame cyclone Debbie [ 4 years ago ] and or covid 19 . and they still charged management fees . they do not get a star rating because there are no negative ones to give
