Terrible experience. I sold a property at Twin Shores North Entrance through these people. The photos they used in the ad were very old and not very good. Although this service is normally done by the R/E, I had to go in and take my own photos, upload and ask them to use my ones. They did, but then they messed up, and still put some old ones in, so I had to contact again. They placed one miniscule ad in the local R/E paper, obviously the cheapest rate. They took an extraodinarily long time to sell during a period when property sales were booming. I eventually decided to use another agent and instructed them and arranged another agent to pick up the keys. They then contacted my solicitor and miraculously stated 'we have a contract signed'. A remarkable co-incidence after taking a very inordinate length of time to sell. In another amazing co-incidence the new buyer's agent in Sydney, was actually an associate of one of the managers at First National The Entrance. Astonishing!
