Called in seeking information on a problem with my Hunter X-Core irrigation controller. Steven was able to assist with a replacement unit in store at a reasonable price. He also undertook to arrange for a serviceman to call & swap the units. As there was no urgency I was very pleased when the serviceman Richard called & completed the replacement on the same day.
