I could honestly not thank Dirk and his team enough for taking care of us when our hot water system was not working, they came out to us and installed a little 50L to keep us going until they installed / replaced the old one. His pricing was very reasonable and the guys who installed were also great. 10/10 highly recommend!

We had such a brilliant and efficient service from Dirk, we would highly recommend this company, we thought we were going to be in for a huge bill, but due to his honesty and telling us the true problem to us not having any hot water. I sent an email through at 8am, and by 11am that same morning, the problem was fixed.

Thank you to the wonderful owner for coming out and giving me hot water when i was expecting to wait at least a week. I rang up in a panic at at approx 4:30pm one afternoon thinking my hot water system was broken. He was so fantastic, and reassuring, explaining the process of what to do, and by a matter of time i had hot water again. I know of many businesses in Mackay who could take a lesson on how to treat their customers, like this man treated me. Thank you very much for your help and patience. I will highly recommend this company to anyone.

Kennedy Automatics were excellent, they stated that they could not tell me when they would be able to repair our car, so I expected several weeks wait, however, they had my car repaired by the end of the week. They communicated well by email, phone and Mobile.

What a great team of people they have here. We needed a service and some checks done on our Navara's automatic transmission while we were down in Mackay, on a holiday, in our caravan. Not a problem for these people, from the lovely lady in reception, to the very experienced technicians in the workshop, they were all excellent to deal with and took excellent care of our car.
