“The service was great ! Sadly the plate I had was atrocious it was twice cooked pork belly (belly was right) it was a hunk of boiled pork belly with a dribble of sauce some awful sweet potato smash under the pork and delicious Broccolini . I would have taken it to the chef and and asked him what it was , sadly there are a lot of short order cooks who when they want to be chefs can’t make the grade. With a career in cookery lasting over 40 years starting in the Air Force and feeding her majesty the HRH Queen and The Prince Regent (prince Philip) George bush the older and multitudes of Australian politicians on VIP Aircraft I know sometimes cooks need compliments the roast pork was great except the crackle was deep fried /fried under a heat gun . The vegetarian burger was lovely that is the closest I’ll come to compliment . I will return and become a member and if the skill set of your staff is the same I’ll be deeply saddened”
