Very disappointing We had booked for 10 people And told we could have the smaller function room When we arrived we were given a table on verandah Food and service was fine as usual The room we thought we booked was almost empty

What a lovely evening once again at the Helensvale Tavern. We are regular patrons of the Tavern over a number of years. We feel we should make a comment in regard to the service we receive. One staff member in particular has always demonstrated an efficient and very pleasant contact with all her customers. We appreciate her consideration and the lovely reception we get on every visit to your establishment by the lovely Sarah. In these days Sarah is an example of what service is, in every respect. Good spot for a casual beer with a mate. come here regularly and never had an issue with service. gets pretty busy but depends when you go. like to play pool with a mate so its a perfect place to chill out.
