Ballistic was conceived by two mates who played rugby together 20+ years ago in Hong Kong; One had built up QLD's largest chain of Home Brew stores & the other held senior roles in the global financial services industry. From its first year of operation in 2017, Ballistic has grown to be an independent, multi-award-winning brewery. Ballistic opened its first tap room to the public at the flagship Salisbury Brewery in April 2017. Since then, the company has opened another four venues, three of which have breweries attached.
