Offering face-to-face counselling/psychotherapy services on Bribie Island, specialising in evidence-based expressive arts therapy modalities (including guided drawing, painting, sculpting, symbol work etc.), as well as strength-based and trauma-informed practice. Experience in a wide range of therapeutic arts-based interventions, and in areas of trauma, grief and loss, anxiety, depression, disability, ASD and ADHD. Self-managed and plan-managed NDIS participants are welcome.

Belinda is a registered Clinical Psychologist with over 10 years of experience in the areas of counselling and mental health. She works with adults, adolescents, children and parents. Belinda is able to assist people with a range of difficulties including; anxiety, panic, stress, depression, trauma, abuse, anger, addiction, grief and loss, relationship difficulties, work stress, behavioural issues, and parenting. She offers a warm, genuine and non-judgmental approach that assists people to feel comfortable and respected on their journey through the counselling process. Belinda offers a range of different therapies including: Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR - for trauma), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, CBT, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Circle of Security Parenting Program, Attachment interventions, and Sandplay Therapy.
