My philosophy for practice is deeply embedded in the offerings and callings of the natural environment. By connecting into the ever present and available living Earth all human beings have the opportunity to reconnect to their innate essence of self understanding, wildness and infinite beauty. I wholeheartedly believe and trust that there isn’t anything wrong with us and we can reconnect to our wild untamed selves. Our focus therefore needs to go out into the natural environment and the conditions in which a person is living. When the conditions are right, transformation and aliveness becomes effortless and from this place we can flourish and live wildly.

The Hoffman Process is an intensive 7 day residential retreat embedded in a 3 months program, that will dramatically reduce the driving force of your self-defeating behaviours, including anxiety and depression, allowing you to assess your previously untapped resources of inner strength, self awareness, compassion and love. You are guided through the Process by highly trained and experienced psychotherapists, who will help you find and examine the origins of your behaviour patterns that have created your life issues. The unique combination of intellectual, emotional, physical and spiritual work will aid your transformation and will ensure lasting changes in a safe and supportive environment. The Process provides you with practical tools that you can use daily, enabling ongoing long term benefits that can be equivalent to 2 to 3 years of psychotherapy. The Process is held in a beautiful retreat centre near Byron Bay, Australia.

Hi! My name is Estelle. I am biodynamic breathwork facilitator and a hakomi mindfulness Somatic Freedom psychotherapist student. Most importantly I am passionate about accompanying people through their transformative journey. I use various tools such as mindfulness, breathwork, Non-violent communication, polyvagal therory and Somatic Freedom psychotherapy to reveal beliefs and defence mechanisms that lay in the unconscuious.
