Shrink & Co. Tweed is a multidisciplinary organisation striving to provide high-quality mental health care and support services across the Gold Coast and Tweed Heads regions. We are experts in mental health services, specialising in psychology and psychiatry. We also specialise in Behavioural Support and Disability. We support and resource those with learning and behavioural difficulties, neurodevelopmental disorders, brain injuries or general mental health struggles. In 2022 we undertook a process of streamlining our operations. Originally known as The Shrink Group, we had 4 subsidiaries operating across different disciplines. Most notably, The Shrink Company focussed on mental health services. The Shrink Academy focussed on support and programs for individuals with mental disabilities and their carers. Shrink & Co. is now the unified expression of the professional service we have been offering South East Queensland and Northern New South Wales since 2012.

My philosophy for practice is deeply embedded in the offerings and callings of the natural environment. By connecting into the ever present and available living Earth all human beings have the opportunity to reconnect to their innate essence of self understanding, wildness and infinite beauty. I wholeheartedly believe and trust that there isn’t anything wrong with us and we can reconnect to our wild untamed selves. Our focus therefore needs to go out into the natural environment and the conditions in which a person is living. When the conditions are right, transformation and aliveness becomes effortless and from this place we can flourish and live wildly.

Hi! My name is Estelle. I am biodynamic breathwork facilitator and a hakomi mindfulness Somatic Freedom psychotherapist student. Most importantly I am passionate about accompanying people through their transformative journey. I help individuals who have a desire to break through their limitations, repetitive patterns and traumas to experience more freedom and control over their lives. I use various tools such as mindfulness, breathwork, Non-violent communication, polyvagal therory and Somatic Freedom psychotherapy to reveal beliefs and defence mechanisms that lay in the unconscuious. I know from my experience that you have the power to make the necessary changes in your life. If you are ready to do the work, you will be amazed at how capable you are to explore parts of yourself you never knew existed! The process of therapy can allow you to grow more quickly than you ever have before. I believe that no matter what you have gone through in your life, you can experience healing when provided with a safe, loving and non-judgmental space.
