Our rooms are comfortable, safe and our team provides the highest levels of care. Our services are Medicare claimable. We also to provide services for those on work cover or insurance claims. Our Shellharbour mental health clinic is located opposite the Greater Union cinemas in Shellharbour city. We are open Monday to Friday with some Saturday appointments available. Tamsin is a Registered Psychologist who is passionate about working with individuals through challenges with life, to help them reach their potential. Tamsin uses a warm and open interpersonal style and uses a collaborative approach. Telehealth Our initial contact with you will be a phone call where we will inform you about our services and requirements. Upon booking an appointment, we send you a Welcome email with online forms to be completed. You will receive a reminder text and email 2 days prior to your appointment, including a video link will allow you to enter your online appointment with our Psychologist at the scheduled time. You do not need to pre-install any software, although it is recommended that you download the latest browser update for your computer or device before your session. Your first appointment is focused on getting to know you, your unique situation and establishing some therapeutic goals. Each session lasts for approximately 50 minutes and payment is made via secure direct debit from your nominated credit/bank card. We have experience in providing counselling to children, adolescents, and adults, we can assist with diagnosis and the treating PTSD symptoms, depression, anxiety, and processing of trauma. We use a client lead approaches to help you process your thoughts, feelings and memories, along with providing strategies to reduce or manage your symptoms and improve your quality of life.
