Upon booking an appointment, we send you a Welcome email with online forms to be completed. You will receive a reminder text and email 2 days prior to your appointment, including a video link will allow you to enter your online appointment with our Psychologist at the scheduled time. You do not need to pre-install any software, although it is recommended that you download the latest browser update for your computer or device before your session. Your first appointment is focused on getting to know you, your unique situation and establishing some therapeutic goals. Each session lasts for approximately 50 minutes and payment is made via secure direct debit from your nominated credit/bank card. I offer a therapeutic relationship, empathy, non-judgement, and I come from a stance of curiosity. I ask questions that help clients broaden their perspective which fosters new hope. I work collaboratively so clients feel empowered and can create a positive change in their lives. ​ When working with clients I integrate a variety of different methods and interventions. I hold a Bachelor's Degree in Counselling from the Australian College of Applied Psychology. I hold registration with the Australian Counselling Association and hold additional qualifications and training such as, Narrative therapy, Trauma training, Youth mental health and many more. I am also a Mental Health First Aid Instructor which allows me opportunity to equipped people with the knowledge and confidence to recognise, connect and respond to someone experiencing a mental health problem or mental health crisis.

I have been a registered psychologist for over 16 years, with postgraduate qualifications in psychology from the University of Wollongong and Monash University. I have practised in the Illawarra and in Singapore, which has equipped me with extensive experience in working with various psychological difficulties. I have an interest in working with older adolescents and adults that are experiencing anxiety, stress, and depression and BPD. Cognitive behaviour therapy, mindfulness-based strategies with a client-centred approach is utilised in sessions with individuals.
