Your first appointment is focused on getting to know you, your unique situation and establishing some therapeutic goals. Each session lasts for approximately 50 minutes and payment is made via secure direct debit from your nominated credit/bank card. Working in private practice allows me the privilege of supporting many people, from all walks of life, presenting a variety of different issues and concerns.
