OUR SERVICES As your primary point of contact, Vicki Budden, is responsible for the day to day management of your property, including the preparation of leases, conducting inspections, arranging repairs and maintenance, ensuring compliance with property/tenancy law, and liaising with landlords and tenants. Vicki oversees all owner payments, rent collection, bonds claims and disbursements to ensure all transaction are completed promptly and accurately.
