Cairns South properties have managed 3 properties for us for 15 years and i could not thank them enough for the great job they have done . Recently , we have just sold all our properties and relocated to another state , of course we trusted them to sell them for us and once again they did an excellent job in handling this other task . Both Jeannie and Lynda were very professional, very experienced , ethical and new exactly what to do in order to have us happy , but , also the buyer . Lynda Henley has been the most helpful and professional real estate agent I have ever come across. If anyone is looking for an honest and straight forward experience I would have no qualms about recommending her. In my experience she went above and beyond my expectations, not just in the marketing and selling of my house but the time and extra effort she took to assist me in presenting and maintaining it for sale. Since I live in Brisbane and am unable to do much of the hiring and supervising various contractors she has stepped in to assist. Lynda sold us this property we now called home. She is genuine and with a heart of gold. Cairns South Properties (CSP) have managed our investment property for 12 years, until we recently sold it. We do not live locally in Cairns so it was important for us to have a proactive and trustworthy local property management team. CSP delivered for us. 1. CSP sourced excellent tenants for the property. their handling of any issues with the property or tenants took the worry out of owning the property. 2. Inspections were carried out promptly and issues bought to our attention when needed. 3. CSP prioritised our interest as owners by arranging prompt maintenance and suggestions property improvements. 4. Communications with the company was great, statements were easy to understand. My hubby Harry and I came to Cairns from Melbourne for a weekend to view homes to buy. Other agents only took us through on open times to view homes but Lynda went out of her way in very hot weather to show us about 8 properties on the Sunday. All the properties were within our price range and had aspects that we preferred in the area we liked. She went out of her way , had lots of great advice and such a genuine and lovely person although very professional we felt treated like family members in her presence. Our contract fell through because we didn't have work in Cairns but she helped us to rent the property and get us a 6 month time frame for the loan.
