The BEST Property Management in Eagleton NSW

After a very lengthy search to purchase a property, I finally contacted Steve Bates Real Estate to view another property, where the very helpful friendly Lauren was able to help my daughter and son-in-law purchase their first home. Lauren's honesty in a difficult market for first home buyers was outstanding. She assisted them throughout the process. With the help of Aurian through the Christmas holiday period, they have finally moved into their new first home. I cannot thank you enough, Helen. Thank you all so very much. With Investors taking the market by storm at the lower price range in the market it has been a blessing to find an agent who showed understanding

The team worked hard for us as the vendor but also did a great job of making us feel valued as buyers. Hardworking, positive and fair, I highly recommend this business. Satisfied Client

great service all round, good communication, good price, no hassles at all.

My Bay Realty — Exceptional Property Management I recently had My Bay Realty manage my rental property and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Their communication throughout the entire process was outstanding — I was always kept in the loop and never had to chase anyone down for updates. The property advice they provided was second to none, and their management of the whole process was seamless from start to finish. Hands down the best property management experience I’ve ever had. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend My Bay Realty to any property owner looking for a team that truly delivers.
