Have been looking at places and contacting since March and nobody except a lovely lady recently has bothered to let us know about properties and now even though we have a bid in on the perfect place for us it looks too late because we weren’t told about the place until after someone had already put in an offer is it because we are cash buyers wanting a place for us to live in .

Sure, as a home owner you'll enjoy these folks because they want money, and it means doing their best to sell your house. As a tenant, avoid them like the plague. They'll do anything to make sure you don't get a dime from your bond upon leaving a premises, even if you take the next house with them. They have the poorest communication between agents (in Rocky at least), as I've found correspondence with one person would never reach anyone else and I'd need to repeat myself on multiple occasions. One good thing, not all of the agents are clueless.

The service I received recently from a member of staff called Michelle, was exceptional. Not only was she extremely knowledgeable, her willingness and friendliness towards me was beyond customer service. Selling a house for the first time can be a daunting experience but thanks to Michelle I now feel confident that I can proceed with this transaction with a clear mind.
