Cannot speak for everything, but engraving glassware—absolutely terrible job. A set of wedding champagne flutes were ruined because apparently the glass was too hard and I should of bought the cheapest I could find. The computer engraving with the names was so faint you had to turn the glass to see them and the intertwined rings looked like a young child had drawn them. Was also told to buy glass instead of crystal as crystal has a tendency to chip. I went to see two other engravers with this and they both said they have never had any problem engraving crystal. So now I have one half engraved flute with the other bare. For your glass engraving I would totally not get it done at this shop.
