Paul at Ultra Mechanics runs a terrific business. We had an issue with our Lexus CT200H and as my wife is a Community Aged Care worker she needs her car to do her job. Paul diagnosed the fault quickly and efficiently, keeping us informed through the process. He then sent across a quote for the repairs before proceeding. Paul also noticed the car needed a major service so he also quoted on this work. We were happy with the price so asked Paul to go ahead. Paul completed all the work as promised in that day at a fair price and the work is first rate.
