Went to premises to discuss needs. Had raised flower garden bed and provided internal dimensions of .864 cubic metres, or 864 litres of soil. Was quoted soil expressed by weight, not volume, of 1.2 tonnes, or 1200 litres. Once paid for and delivered, it was obviously too much. Soil was unloaded onto a tarpaulin, so it could be contained. On October 17th I sent an email to the salesman with whom had been dealing, Cam, asking for the excess to be collected and a credit be issued. So far, Cam or nobody else from RSGL has had the courtesy to respond to my email.

We’re not able to travel up from Victoria to be with our family for the passing of our beloved grandmother due to Covid-19 restrictions. The flowers delivered to our family are stunning. Such a good website with many choices. We ordered the flowers at 1pm and they were delivered at 4pm to Ballina. Great website. Great service and beautiful flowers. Thank you for making something easy in these very difficult times.
