Jess is a highly compassionate practitioner who will hold space for you at all stages of life. She specialises in using trauma informed somatic practices, talk therapy, psycho-education and nervous system regulation strategies to support you through grief, anxiety, depression, trauma, anger, relationship breakdowns, changing your relationship with food and alcohol and more. She feels particularly drawn to working with women to honour themselves in motherhood. Children often shine a light on the pain of our past and give us an opportunity to heal and break the cycles of pain that have been passed down through our families. When you book a reiki session with Jess, you will receive a beautiful energy healing session to support you with stress, physical pain, mental health concerns, energy revitalisation, post-partum recovery, birth preparation and general wellbeing. Birth healing sessions are a combination of holistic counselling and energy healing to support mothers to overcome birth trauma or loss. You will be invited to share your story without judgement and release any unresolved trauma stored in the body, finishing with some gently nourishing reiki to support the body's energetic re-alignment. Fearless birth sessions are specialised one to one sessions designed to support women to release the fear of birth. Jess is passionate about helping women access their innate birthing wisdom to facilitate a natural birth. These sessions include somatic exercises to identify and release conscious and unconscious fears, self-compassion practices, psycho-education and yogic practices to build a deep sense of internal trust.
